Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We ship to Austria and Germany. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout before you complete your order. All prices include statutory VAT.

Processing Time

After we receive your order and payment, we usually prepare your parcel for shipping within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The delivery times stated above refer to the delivery period after your parcel has been handed over to our shipping partner. The total time until delivery therefore consists of processing time and delivery time. All time frames are estimates and may vary, for example during the pre-Christmas period or in times of high order volume.

Shipping Partner & Tracking

Shipping is handled by Austrian Post. As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.

Delivery

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct so that your order can be delivered smoothly. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will usually leave a notification; your parcel can then be collected from the specified post office or pickup point.
Deliveries within the EU
As Austria and Germany are part of the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
